Why is Jeremy Clarkson so racist against cars from outside of Britain?

and europe occasionally, but especially against american cars, korean cars and japanese. most of all korean. and its understandable that hes biased and favors british cars and criticizes them less than others, but he just blatantly overdoes it. are all brits like him?
