How to create a Java eclipse program that gives off random alphabets a-z?

The 10 letters is randomly selected and igned to each player(there are 2 players) by the computer program. Of the 10 letters, the computer program will make sure that at least 2 of the letters are vowels. A letter can also appear more than once.
