Baby shower ideas (it's a boy)?

Me and my friend are in charge of the favors, games, and prizes for the game winners for our friend's baby shower. She is having a boy and it is a boy/girl shower. It is estimated that about 50 people are invited. The catch is we want to budget things because food and everything else still needs to be purchased. Does anyone have any ideas for any fun games, favors, and prizes that are not expensive? My idea for a favor was to make chocolate candy lollipops and put ribbon and a tag around the bottom of the wrapping. For a game i was thinking putting a tiny pacifier on a piece of ribbon and make it a necklace when someone says aww or baby the person who catches them takes it, once gifts are done the last person with the most necklaces get a price.(pacifiers are about $6 for 54 of them).Please help me with some ideas.
