Which European country do you think has the most significant "alternative" culture?

I think Berlin is famous for its alternative culture. I would say Paris is a very interesting mix of alternative cultures also. I am surprised that everybody mentioned the Czech Republic (no offense, I just did not know it is famous for its alternative youth culture). I always learn something new.
