Paranormal Happinings? Please help. (Lots of Detail provided, prepare to read alot)?

Looks like you got some spirits following you. No joke. If you don't believe in that stuff, you're going to have to learn it. It's not just at your house, but everywhere you go. That's why I think it's a spirit or "ghost" if you will. It could be a bad ghost, or it could even be a past relative. It seems to me like they're trying to get your attention. So I would try to find some way to talk to them. Like "make to knocks if...". Don't just brush this off again, you obviously want to do something about this, otherwise you wouldn't have asked. What you need to do first is determine the identity of this. I don't know exactly how, but the internet has a lot of answers. It may sound stupid at first, but there's is definitely something that's causing all of these anomalies.
