What to do if your parents are emotionally abusing you?

I have a friend who used to get beat up by her parents. But now they have stopped because she threatenens to call ther police.HOwever she tells me her parents abuse her emotionally and never let her out of their sight. She isnt allowed to do anything or go anywhere for fun. because of this she fells very streesed out and is on the verge on going into depression if she isnt allready.Some things her parents say to her is that she is going to become a drug addict when she grows up. They even discourge her of becoming a doctor saying that will never happen.Also on her computer her parents block every website including her email. They even at one time bugged the home phone. They also had a computer moniter, which montiters all of her viewings.She is only 14 years old and wants to move out as soon as possible. Is there anything she can do to leave.Please Answer!
