Whop remembers a comic c1997 called 'Art Magic'?

I remember seeing an advert on TV and buying the first dozen or so issues. There was this kids comic which was all about art and had a green snake and a pink mouse as mascots. Each issue you got pages to fill a folder which you got free with the first issue. No-one seems to remember it apart from me - please tell me more cos my memory's fuzzy!
