Tips for running short and long distance and long jump in athletics thanks 10 pts best answer?

tips for long jump would be to start off slow not really slow but not fast wen u gte hald way u need to run not technicly sprint but run then about half way through the 2nd half sprint with all your energy and as soon as you get to the board bring your arms back and jump while you jump keep your arms back and land that is the tip that helped me get 1st place in a competion
