Should I be worried? No symptoms.?

So I found out I was pregnant again after a miscarriage in September on Friday. I don't really have any symptoms this time though. This is my 4th pregnancy, the first 3 ending in miscarriage and with those I had symptoms. With this one I don't. Other than kinda sore and some heartburn, nothing. Every now and then slight cramping but nothing. Is this normal? Also I'm sick with bronchitis. Could that just be covering up my symptoms. haha Thanks so much!
