What would you think if a girl you just broke up with was thinking this?

my ex wife's my space account is full of mentioning that she is obsessed now with Fergie's new song "big girls don't cry" and the song "umbrella". All these have lirics in them that point to the fact she misses me but i haven't heard from her. i really do want to contact her one last time and tell her how i feel but my lawyer suggests i only contact her through her because she's a little unstable. if you're an ex wife and wanted to hear from your husband but your ego is preventing you from making the first move but you're still thinking about him, what would you want him to do?
