What do I do when I get super pissed off?

I recommend squash. there is something ridiculously satisfying about smacking a ball against a wall as hard as possible. However, I understand that it's not always a practical solution, what with need a partner, a court etc. So, instead I suggest silence. Before immediately ignoring this post, just think about it. You get stressed because of being busy and having lots going through your head. Take ten minutes, sit down and do absolutely NOTHING. Just sit with your legs crossed or lay flat on your back, and do nothing but breathe for ten minutes. I mean nothing. If you start thinking about what's stressing you out, refocus your thoughts and just think about breathing. Set a timer on your phone or something and do not move from your spot until the time is up. You will feel better. If you have a short attention span, try it for five minutes.
