Will we get infections?

me and my boyfriend want ot start pleasuring each other orally but im slightly worried , if we are both virgins and never done anything like this with anyone else before are we still likely to catch infections and stuff from having eah others "bits" in each others mouths and tht??? please help its getting me worried now and ruining the excitments and anticipation for us both
