How old should you be when you start dating and what is the age for your first kiss?

I'm 14 and I have never had a boyfriend. Geez...I haven't even had my first kiss yet, and I get more scared everyday because people my age should know what they are doing. On top of that, my 12 year old brother had his first kiss when he was 5 and has had hundreds of girlfriends, and they are so popular and pretty...some even older then me. My other brother who is 9 has had 2 girlfriends and has been kissed more then twice. I feel like such a loser, seriously. I have made combacks like "I'm a modest person!" and stuff like that. Personally I don't want to have until I'm married, so figure hold everything off for as long as possible but what are your opinions....
